Traditional advertising light boxes are all used with T8 fluorescent tubes, but those fluorescent and ballasts are not waterproof. Therefore, the chances of electric shock and short lifespan are higher. In recent years, LED brightness has been bright enough to replace the traditional T8 tube, so the advertising light box has been slowly replaced with LED waterproof light string. The string is DC 12V or 24V input. Currently, MEAN WELL offers the maximum 150W for indoor application and 600W for the outdoor waterproof application. All products are in compliance with safety regulations and full voltage input, which is suitable for any engineering project. Some products such as PWM/ODLV series can be directly used with 0-10V dimmers; no additional controller is required.
